Simplified: analysis here uses transparent keyword rules so the logic stays visible; in production Claude reads each review properly (sarcasm, mixed feelings, slang included) and writes each reply fresh — never the same template twice, which reviewers and Google both notice. Production connects to your Google Business Profile via the official API, watches for new reviews continuously, and sends drafts to your phone for one-tap approval.
